Aw, that stinks. :[

They're not that bad. They only hurt after you first get them and when you get them tightened. Your teeth get really, really straight after you're done though. :]

I got my braces off this year. I have to wear a retainer at night, and they put in a wire on the bottom set of my teeth. Today I have an appointment, so hopefully I get the wire taken out and don't have to wear the retainer any more. :]

It's August, and it's 1 AM. There's no other chat thread, so I'm going to post here. LOL.

I didn't get the wire out, and I still have to wear a retainer for about two more years... :/
